Parimatch Deposit Bonus Blocked

I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account as part of a deposit bonus campaign. After making this deposit, the amount went into the bonus section but the bonus was blocked and I have not been able to use or benefit from it as expected. Despite fulfilling the deposit requirement, the promised deposit bonus has not been properly credited or made available, which is causing inconvenience and loss of trust in the platform. I kindly request that my blocked deposit bonus be unblocked and correctly credited to my account so that I can use it as per the terms of the offer, or that an appropriate solution be provided without any further delay.
