I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unresolved deposit issue with Parimatch related to a PhonePe payment. On February 1, I made a deposit of 1,500 INR from India using the PhonePe payment option on Parimatch. The transaction was completed successfully on my end, and the UTR number for this payment is 95191956440. However, the amount was neither credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank account.
I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, and a support ticket was created. I was informed that I should wait until February 5 for the amount to be refunded to my bank account. Despite waiting until that date, the money was still not credited back to my account.
When I attempted to create another ticket using the same UTR number, my request was rejected with a message stating that I should not create duplicate tickets, even though my issue remains unresolved. I request that this 1,500 INR be processed urgently, either by refunding it to my bank or PhonePe account or by crediting it to my Parimatch balance. I also request a clear explanation for the delay and inconvenience I have experienced.
I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as my money has been stuck since February 1 without any effective assistance or update.
