Deposite Scam From Parimatch

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account today using UPI through the PhonePe application, but although the amount of 27,000 INR was debited from my PhonePe account, it has not been credited to any of my Parimatch accounts. The PhonePe transaction ID for this payment is 806535439068, and the money is clearly shown as successful and deducted on my side. I have tried to reach out regarding this issue, but have not received any response so far, and the amount is still missing. This situation is very worrying for me because it is a large sum, and there is no clarity on where my money is. I kindly request that my 27,000 INR be returned to my PhonePe/bank account as soon as possible based on the above transaction ID, or that you provide a clear and prompt resolution regarding this failed deposit.
