Parimatch PhonePe Deposit Declined But Amount Missing

I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch sports betting account, where a deposit I made has not been credited correctly. On 31/01/2026, I deposited Rs 1000 to my Parimatch account via PhonePe from India. However, the amount has still not appeared in my Parimatch balance. When I contacted Parimatch customer support, I was informed that the deposit was successfully credited. Despite this, when I check my payment history in the account, the transaction status is shown as “declined,” and the Rs 1000 is still missing from my usable balance. I kindly request that this deposit be properly credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, or that a clear correction be made so that the transaction status and my account balance match accurately. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly.

I deposited ₹1000, but it was not credited to my Parimatch account. However, the amount has already been deducted from my bank account. I request that the same amount be credited as soon as possible.
