I am using the Parimatch app on my Android phone and I faced a problem with a deposit made through PhonePe. On 15/12/2025, I paid 1000 rupees from my PhonePe account to Parimatch, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank. The transaction shows as completed on my side with reference number 154875842133, but the money has still not been added to my Parimatch account balance. After noticing that the amount was not credited, I contacted Parimatch customer support and explained the issue, but my problem has not been resolved and the missing deposit is still not reflected in my account. I also have evidence, including the PhonePe transaction details and screenshots, showing that the payment was successfully completed but not credited to my Parimatch account. I request that my 1000 rupees deposit, made via PhonePe on 15/12/2025 with transaction/reference number 154875842133, be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible.
