Parimatch Failed to Credit My ₹5,000 Deposit Made via PhonePe

I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my Parimatch account on December 29, 2025, via PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, and the transaction shows as completed with reference number 545164816127, but even after 25–26 days, the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. Despite this long delay, the issue remains unresolved.

I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times, but each time I receive the same response—that they are working on it and that the money will be credited—without any real solution, clear explanation, or specific timeframe. I feel that my concern is not being taken seriously, even though the payment was clearly completed on my end. I request that this ₹5,000 either be immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my bank/PhonePe account, whichever is more convenient for Parimatch. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay so that the same issue does not occur again.
