Parimatch Converted My Mobikwik Deposit Into a Locked Bonus Without My Consent

On April 18th, 2026, I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account using my Mobikwik wallet. The deposit went through successfully and is tied to Game ID 913734480 and UTR number 296482304147. However, the amount never showed up in my usable wallet balance — instead, it got placed into a locked bonus balance. Because of this, I can't actually use my own ₹500 to play any games the way I intended.
I made this deposit fully expecting it to land as a normal, spendable balance. I never wanted it automatically converted into or locked under any bonus conditions that restrict how I can use my own money. I've tried explaining this to Parimatch customer support, but they haven't understood the issue or done anything to fix it.
I'm therefore requesting that the ₹500 be moved out of the locked bonus balance and credited to my main wallet immediately so I can use it freely. If that's not possible, I'm asking for a full refund of ₹500 back to my original payment method through Mobikwik. I'm kindly asking that this transaction be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
