I Experience Parimatch Deposit Problem With Money Locked in Bonus

I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account on April 13 via UPI for betting purposes, but the amount did not appear in my main balance. Instead, it was automatically transferred into a bonus balance without my consent.

Because of this, I am unable to use my own deposited funds as intended, which is extremely frustrating. I did not agree to any bonus terms, and I simply wanted to use my deposited money freely.

I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any helpful or satisfactory response. The lack of support has made the situation even more inconvenient, as my funds remain restricted.

I request that my ₹500 deposit be immediately removed from the bonus balance and transferred to my main balance so I can use my money normally. I also expect a clear explanation of why my funds were placed into a bonus balance without my consent.
