On April 11, I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account via PhonePe. However, instead of being credited to my main balance, the amount was incorrectly placed into the bonus balance without my consent or intention.
Because of this, I am unable to use my own deposited funds freely, which is very frustrating. I did not opt for any bonus or promotional condition and expected the amount to be available in my main balance for normal use.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or assistance so far. The lack of support has made the situation even more inconvenient, as my funds remain restricted.
I request that the ₹500 be immediately transferred from the bonus balance to my main balance so I can use my money as intended. I also expect a clear explanation of why this happened and assurance that such issues will not occur again in the future.
