I am writing to report an issue with a withdrawal on my Parimatch account related to a locked bonus balance. I am based in India, and since April 3, 2026, an amount of ₹1,000 has been locked in the bonus section of my account, and I am unable to withdraw it even though I want to cash it out.
I request that this ₹1,000 be released from the bonus balance and made fully available for withdrawal to my account. I would like Parimatch to review my account, clearly explain why this amount is locked, and promptly allow me to withdraw this ₹1,000 without any further delay.
