I am using the Parimatch iOS application in India and on 3 April 2026 the money I deposited into my account was locked with the note “Locked by bonus.” Since then, I have not been able to use or access this deposit properly, and a total of 900 INR is currently locked in my account. I could not get any meaningful response from Parimatch about why my deposit was locked or how this situation can be resolved. I find it unacceptable that my funds are blocked without a clear explanation or visible reason in the app. I request that my 900 INR deposit be immediately unlocked and made fully available in my Parimatch account, and that I be given a clear explanation as to why the money was locked under “Locked by bonus.”
