Parimatch India Did Not Credit My UPI Deposit Despite Successful Payment

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a deposit made to my Parimatch India account which has not been credited or refunded. On 21 February 2026, I made a deposit using UPI through Paytm, and on 08 March 2026 at 11:48 PM I again attempted a payment of ₹1,999 via UPI. The transaction dated 08 March 2026 was successful on Paytm’s side and the amount was debited from my account, but it has never been credited to my Parimatch India account. The transaction details are as follows: UTR number 201549874068, amount ₹1,999, payment mode UPI. My Parimatch account details are: Name – Shivam T***, User ID – 995053***. After noticing that the money had not been credited, I contacted Parimatch India support. They informed me to check with the bank. When I checked with the bank, they clearly stated that the amount was successfully transferred to the recipient’s end. Despite this, the funds still do not appear in my Parimatch account and I have not received any resolution. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that either the amount of ₹1,999 be immediately credited to my Parimatch gaming account or refunded back to my original source account as soon as possible. I expect a clear confirmation in writing once the issue has been resolved.
