I Face Parimatch Deposit Issue With $6 Not Credited From SBI

I use the Parimatch betting platform, and my bank is SBI. On April 11, 2026, I attempted to deposit ₹499 into my Parimatch account via UPI from my SBI account ending in 6854. The amount was successfully debited from my SBI account, but it was not credited to my Parimatch balance.

I have made deposits many times before using this same SBI account on Parimatch without any issues, so this is the first time I am experiencing this problem. After this failed deposit of ₹499, I did not receive any refund back to my SBI account, and the amount is still missing.

I request that this ₹499 either be immediately refunded to my SBI account ending in 6854 or correctly credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I kindly ask that this transaction between SBI and Parimatch be thoroughly investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
