My name is Rajendra Prasad, and my Parimatch betting ID is 223601729. On October 4, 2025, at around 2:40 PM, I deposited ₹5,000 into my Parimatch account via UPI using Paytm. The UPI/transaction reference number shown in my Paytm details is 691694310455. The amount of ₹5,000 was debited from my bank account, and my bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully processed. However, the deposit has still not been credited to my Parimatch account.
It has now been approximately three months since this transaction. When I contacted my bank, they clearly stated that the payment was successful on their side. Parimatch support, on the other hand, says that the payment did not reach them, that only the payment slip shows as successful, and that the amount would be returned to my bank account. However, to this day, the money has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank account.
I request that this payment be urgently traced and that either the ₹5,000 be credited to my Parimatch account or immediately refunded to my bank account. I also request a clear written confirmation explaining what went wrong with this transaction and by when the issue will be resolved.
If this matter is not resolved and my money is not credited or refunded, I am prepared to file a complaint with the appropriate legal authorities and the court. I also request a clear and written response within 7 days.
