Parimatch Deposit Stuck Pending After Paytm Deduction, Funds Not Credited

On 22 December 2025, I made a deposit of 5,000 via Paytm to my Parimatch account. The amount was debited from my Paytm account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance and continues to show as pending.

Despite this, I have not received any response from either Parimatch or Paytm support regarding the status of this transaction or any explanation of where my money is. This situation is causing me serious concern, as the amount has been stuck for an extended period with no updates.

I request that the 5,000 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, or that this pending deposit be urgently investigated and resolved without any further delay.

I deposited 2000 rupees to my Parimatch account on 19 December 2025 using PhonePe, but the amount has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to me. The money was deducted from my PhonePe, yet it is not visible in my Parimatch balance.

I tried to reach Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response. I have not yet contacted PhonePe or my bank, as I expected Parimatch to resolve the problem first.

I request that my 2000 rupees be refunded in full to my original payment method or correctly credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, and I also ask for clear information about the status of this transaction.

It has been 19 hours already, and the refund still hasn’t arrived in my Parimatch account.
