Parimatch Deposit via PhonePe Not Credited No Response

I have a serious issue with my Parimatch sports betting account regarding a deposit that has not been credited. On 3rd April 2026 at 10:28 pm, I deposited ₹5,000 into my Parimatch account via UPI using PhonePe. The transaction was successfully completed on PhonePe with transaction ID 110445195960, but the amount has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. My Parimatch account is registered with the mobile number 9677412***. After noticing that the deposit did not arrive, I raised a support ticket with Parimatch customer service, but so far nothing has happened and the issue remains unresolved. I request that my ₹5,000 deposit made via PhonePe with the above transaction ID be urgently located and credited to my Parimatch account, or that a clear explanation and a refund be provided without any further delay.
