On April 5, 2026, at approximately 7:21 PM, I made a UPI deposit of ₹2,500 to my Parimatch account using PhonePe.
The payment was successfully debited from my account, and the transaction is marked as completed in PhonePe with UTR number 110614838401. However, the amount is still showing as pending and has not been credited to my Parimatch game account.
Despite this, Parimatch has not updated my account balance, and my money is effectively stuck.
I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received any proper response or resolution.
I request that this issue be urgently reviewed based on the provided UTR number and that my ₹2,500 be refunded to my original payment source as soon as possible.
