Parimatch ₹2000 UPI Deposit Not Credited

I deposited ₹2000 into my Parimatch account on 13 February via UPI, and the money was deducted from my bank account but never reflected in my Parimatch balance. The UTR number for this transaction is 907295292363. I raised a case with Parimatch customer support regarding this missing deposit, but they have not responded at all. I find this situation unacceptable and it creates a serious trust issue, as my money is blocked without any clarification or update. I request that Parimatch immediately locate this transaction and either credit the ₹2000 to my Parimatch account or refund it to my original payment method without any further delay. If this issue is not resolved, I will proceed to file a cyber complaint against Parimatch through the relevant authorities.
