I Sent ₹500 via Paytm to Parimatch but Balance Not Updated

I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account today using UPI through Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding the missing ₹500 deposit, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. This lack of support is frustrating, as my money is stuck despite the payment being completed successfully.
This situation is causing inconvenience because I am unable to use the funds I have already paid. I request that my ₹500 deposit be urgently investigated and either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment method without any further delay. I am also ready to provide the transaction ID and payment proof if needed to help resolve this issue quickly.
