Parimatch Deposit Not Received

I deposited ₹2000 into my Parimatch account on 25 March 2026 via PhonePe UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch ID. The UPI payment has the transaction reference/UTR number 254577550861. After noticing that the balance did not appear in my Parimatch account even though the UPI payment went through, I contacted Parimatch customer support and a ticket was created. However, despite this, nothing has been resolved and my ₹2000 is still missing from my Parimatch balance. I request that my ₹2000 deposit be immediately credited to my Parimatch account and that this issue be treated as urgent and resolved as soon as possible without any further delay.
