Parimatch Deposit of ₹7,500 Missing After PhonePe UPI Payment

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account using UPI through PhonePe, but the money was debited from my bank account and has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
On the 6th of this month, I paid ₹7,500 via UPI through PhonePe to Parimatch. The amount of ₹7,500 was successfully deducted from my account, and I have the UTR number 686247259163 for this transaction. However, even though the payment was completed on my side, the funds have still not been added to my Parimatch account balance.
I contacted Parimatch customer support, but I was not given a proper solution and my money has not been refunded. The issue remains unresolved.
I request that this payment of ₹7,500 (UTR: 686247259163) be urgently investigated and that the amount be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, since the money has already been taken from my account and I have provided all the necessary transaction details.
