Parimatch Deposit Not Added - Money Missing After PhonePe Transfers

I deposited ₹500 and another ₹300 through PhonePe on October 14 and October 23, but the transactions have still not been updated in my Parimatch account. I raised ticket numbers 42916191 and 44867320 and submitted my bank statements for verification. I have provided all the required documents, yet the amount has not been reflected in either my Parimatch account or my bank account.
