Parimatch PayTM Deposit Problem- Money Missing for a Week

I deposited ₹2000 via PayTM on October 4, but the transaction has still not been updated in my Parimatch account even after one week. I raised ticket number 691672540767 and submitted my bank statements for verification. I have provided all the required documents, yet the amount has not been updated in either my Parimatch account or my bank account.
