I deposited 2,000 INR into my Parimatch account (ID: 548201364) on 28/11/2025 using State Bank of India. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has neither been credited to my Parimatch balance nor refunded to my bank.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I was only told that they are “waiting for billing,” without being given any clear explanation or time frame. Despite this, the money is still missing.
I request that my 2,000 INR be immediately credited to my Parimatch account, along with any applicable bonus, or fully refunded to my State Bank of India account without any further delay.
