Parimatch Deposit Problem, Id 467761594

I am writing regarding an issue with a failed deposit from my Union Bank of India savings account to Parimatch. On 14/05/2025, I deposited Rs 5,000 to Parimatch. The transaction on my side was processed successfully, and the amount was debited from my Union Bank of India savings account, but Parimatch is stating that the money has not been received. Because of this, I am currently without my Rs 5,000, as it has left my bank account but has not been credited to my Parimatch account. I have not received any clear response from either side about where the money is or why this has happened. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my Rs 5,000 be refunded to my Union Bank of India savings account as soon as possible, or that I receive a clear solution so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this failed deposit.
