I made a deposit of 2000 INR to Parimatch via PhonePe on 04.12.2025, but the transaction failed on Parimatch and the amount was still debited from my IDFC Bank account. Although the deposit was not credited to my Parimatch account, the money left my bank, and since then I have been waiting for the refund.
I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but despite my follow‑up they have not refunded the amount yet and I have been waiting for several days without a clear resolution or timeframe. I find this delay and lack of proper response very disappointing for a financial transaction.
I request that the 2000 INR debited from my IDFC Bank account for the failed deposit be refunded to my account immediately and that I be informed in writing once the refund is processed.
