Parimatch Took My ₹2000 Deposit but Didn’t Credit It to My Account

I made a deposit of ₹2000 to my Parimatch account using my IDFC Bank account on 04.12.2025. The amount was successfully debited from my IDFC Bank account, but it has still not appeared in my Parimatch balance and remains pending.

I contacted Parimatch customer support and opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but nothing has been resolved and the ticket has not been helpful. The ₹2000 clearly shows as debited from my bank, yet my Parimatch account has not been credited.

I request that my missing ₹2000 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or that this issue be urgently investigated and fixed so I can use the amount I deposited.

I made a deposit of 2000 INR to Parimatch via PhonePe on 04.12.2025, but the transaction failed on Parimatch and the amount was still debited from my IDFC Bank account. Although the deposit was not credited to my Parimatch account, the money left my bank, and since then I have been waiting for the refund.

I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but despite my follow‑up they have not refunded the amount yet and I have been waiting for several days without a clear resolution or timeframe. I find this delay and lack of proper response very disappointing for a financial transaction.

I request that the 2000 INR debited from my IDFC Bank account for the failed deposit be refunded to my account immediately and that I be informed in writing once the refund is processed.
