I deposited money into my Parimatch account on 20 March 2026, and this amount was automatically transferred into a casino bonus. Since then, I have not been able to use this balance in the casino section. Every time I try to play, the system shows the warning “your fund locked by casino” and does not allow me to use my money. I did not intend for my deposit to be locked in this way and I cannot use the balance as normal funds. I request that either my deposit be refunded or that my balance be immediately unlocked and made fully usable in the casino section without restrictions.
