Parimatch Deposit Not Getting Showed

I made two UPI deposit transactions to my Parimatch account on 14 February, for a total amount of 2,400 INR. The money was deducted from my UPI account for both transactions, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have the UPI transaction details and screenshots showing that both payments were successfully debited. Despite this, my Parimatch account does not reflect these deposits. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue but have not received any response so far. I request that the total amount of 2,400 INR from these two UPI transactions be either refunded to my bank/UPI account or correctly credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation of why this issue occurred.
