Parimatch Deducts $70 via Paytm but Marks Deposits as Declined

I have been using my Parimatch account for about three years and have successfully made many deposits in the past, but I am now facing a serious issue with my recent deposits. Over the past two days, I made multiple deposits via UPI using Paytm, and a total of $70 was deducted from my bank account, yet the money was not credited to my Parimatch balance. In my Parimatch transaction history, these payments are marked as “declined,” but despite this status, I have neither received the funds in my Parimatch account nor received any refund back to my bank or UPI account. The money is simply missing, even though it was deducted four separate times. I have already opened a support ticket with Parimatch and attached screenshots showing that the funds were deducted, but so far I have not received any response or solution. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially since I have been a loyal user for several years and have never experienced such payment failures before. I request that Parimatch urgently review these failed UPI/Paytm transactions and either issue an immediate full refund of $70 to my bank account or clearly confirm and correct the status of these payments. I also request a clear explanation as to why these deposits were marked as declined while the money was still deducted, so that this issue does not happen again in the future.
