Parimatch Deposit 300 INR Via Phonepe Declined But Money Debited

On 30 November at around 9:14 p.m., I deposited an amount of ₹300 from my SBI bank account through PhonePe to my Parimatch account. The payment was successfully debited from my bank, and in PhonePe the transaction appears with the Transaction ID T2511302115022491857153. However, the amount was not credited to my Parimatch account. When I later checked the transaction history in the Parimatch app, the status of this deposit was shown as “declined,” even though the money was already taken from my bank account. Because of this, I have lost ₹300 without receiving the service. I created a support ticket within the Parimatch app regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that either the ₹300 be credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my SBI bank account as soon as possible.

I have an issue with the settlement of one of my bets on Parimatch and I would like it to be checked and corrected as soon as possible. My Parimatch account is registered in India.

On 09/01/2026 I placed a bet on the match KRC Genk – Diosgyőr, specifically “KRC Genk to score goal = Yes” at odds 1.07, with a total stake of 50.40 INR on my bet slip. The match was played and finished with the final score Genk 3 – Diosgyőr 4, so my selection “Genk to score a goal – Yes” is clearly a winning bet because Genk scored 3 goals.

However, in my bet slip this selection did not receive the green check mark as a correctly settled winning bet. Instead, it is marked as if the match was postponed or cancelled, even though the game was actually played and completed, and some other matches in the same bet slip have not even started yet. After noticing this, I contacted Parimatch customer support, but I am not satisfied with their reply and the issue has not been resolved.

I request that Parimatch immediately review this specific selection on my bet slip for the KRC Genk – Diosgyőr match and correct the settlement. My clear expectation is that this bet “KRC Genk to score goal = Yes” will be marked with a green check mark as a winning selection and the payout will be credited correctly to my account in line with the official final score of the match.
