Parimatch Fails to Credit Deposit Made via PhonePe


On 8 January 2026, I made a payment of ₹300 from my Union Bank account via PhonePe (transaction ID: T2601082105307640639612) to be added to my Parimatch account. The payment shows as successful on PhonePe/Union Bank, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch account. This is the fourth time I am experiencing the same problem with deposits to Parimatch through PhonePe. I have already submitted a complaint about this issue, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. I request that this transaction be urgently checked and either the ₹300 be credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my Union Bank account, and that I be informed clearly about the result of the investigation.
