Parimatch Not Crediting My ₹10,000 Deposit Despite Successful Payment
I am writing regarding a serious issue with a deposit to my Parimatch account that was successfully deducted from my payment method but has still not been credited to my account balance.
On March 10, 2026, at around 10:53 PM IST, I made a deposit of ₹10,000 to my Parimatch account (User ID: 779992554) using UPI. Although the payment was successfully deducted, the ₹10,000 has not appeared in my Parimatch account balance.
I contacted Parimatch customer support, and they created a support ticket regarding this issue, but the problem remains unresolved.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced a deposit problem with Parimatch, which makes the situation even more frustrating and raises serious concerns about the reliability of the platform.
I request that Parimatch immediately investigate this transaction and credit the missing ₹10,000 to my account without any further delay.
I also expect clear information explaining why these repeated deposit issues are occurring, along with assurance that such problems will not happen again in the future.
