Parimatch Failed to Pay My Withdrawal After Four Months

I have a Parimatch account with betting ID 142249311 registered in the name of Jyoti Kum***. On 21 November, I requested a withdrawal of Rs 20,500 from my Parimatch balance to my bank account number 7416425036 in Indian Bank. Even though four months have passed since that date, this amount has still not been credited to my bank account. In addition to this, I also made another withdrawal request of Rs 4,500 from my Parimatch account to a different bank account number 6450249433, and this amount has also not been credited to that account. After I did not receive these amounts, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They informed me that the transactions were completed successfully from their side. I then contacted the bank, and the bank clearly stated that no such amounts of Rs 20,500 or Rs 4,500 have been credited to the respective accounts. The Parimatch administrators created a support ticket for my issue, and I also provided my bank statement as requested, yet I have not received any proper response or resolution. Because of this delay and lack of clarity, I have been facing unnecessary stress for four months over my own money. I have already lost around Rs 30 lakh in total on this platform, and this unresolved withdrawal issue has increased my financial and mental pressure even more. I request that Parimatch immediately investigate these failed withdrawals and either credit the missing Rs 20,500 and Rs 4,500 to my bank accounts or refund the total back to my Parimatch account without any further delay. In addition, considering that I have been waiting for four months and have already provided all documents, I also request appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused. I am requesting a clear response and resolution to this complaint within seven days of receiving it. If the matter is still not resolved within this period, I will proceed to file a formal case in court in India and will claim Rs 50 lakh in compensation from Parimatch. I also state that I am prepared to take this matter to the cyber cell and other relevant authorities if the issue continues to remain unresolved.
