Parimatch Refuses to Refund Uncredited Bank Payments

I have been using the Parimatch India website, and over the last four months, I have lost almost 16 payments that were deducted from my bank accounts but never credited to my Parimatch balance. These transactions were mainly made via Paytm and involved my accounts with Canara Bank, HDFC Bank, and Yes Bank. In total, the missing payments amount to approximately INR 20,000–25,000, which is a very significant amount for me. Whenever these payments failed to appear in my Parimatch account, I raised multiple tickets with your support. Each time, I was told that the issue was being worked on, but after a few days, the tickets were simply closed without any proper resolution or clear explanation. In some live chat sessions, the chat was even closed abruptly in the middle of our conversation, which made the situation even more frustrating and left me without answers. I am requesting an immediate and full refund of all the missing payments that were deducted from my bank accounts and never credited to my Parimatch account. In addition, considering the ongoing stress, wasted time, and the loss of my money’s value over these months, I also expect appropriate compensation for the trouble caused and for the period during which my funds have been held without resolution. I ask that this matter be investigated seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
