Parimatch India Deposit and Withdrawal Not Received After Bank Transfer

About a month ago, I made deposits and a withdrawal request on Parimatch from India via bank transfer, but neither the deposits nor the withdrawal were received in my account. The money was deducted from my bank, yet it has not been credited properly on Parimatch or returned to me, which makes me feel cheated and that this is a fraudulent situation. When I contacted Parimatch customer support and explained that my deposits and withdrawals from about a month ago had not been received, they kept saying that they were working on it, but nothing has been resolved so far. In parallel, I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the money had left my account and reached Parimatch’s account. This clearly shows that the funds were successfully transferred to Parimatch, but Parimatch has neither credited them correctly nor processed my withdrawal. I also have transaction references and screenshots related to these transfers that clearly show the payments were completed from my side and reached Parimatch. Despite this evidence, the issue is still pending, and I have not received my money. I request that Parimatch urgently review these transactions, credit all missing deposits to my account or return them to my bank account, and immediately process my pending withdrawal. I also expect a clear written explanation for this delay and misleading responses from customer support, as well as assurance that similar issues will not occur again.
