Parimatch Fails to Move Deposit From Bonus to Main Wallet

I use the Parimatch website and recently deposited 1,500 INR via UPI. However, this amount appears only in the bonus section and is not reflected in my main wallet balance, even though I want to use it as a normal wallet balance. I contacted Parimatch live chat support regarding this issue, and I was told that it would be resolved soon. Despite this assurance, nothing has changed, and the 1,500 INR is still not available in my main wallet. I request that my deposited 1,500 INR be promptly transferred from the bonus section to my main wallet balance so that I can use it normally on the platform.
