Parimatch Aviator First Deposit Blocked By Bonus - Unable To Withdraw

I recently made my first deposit on Parimatch Aviator and the entire amount I deposited was immediately blocked under the first deposit bonus. At the moment I cannot freely use or withdraw my own deposited money because it is fully tied to the bonus conditions. I contacted Parimatch customer support to understand why my full deposit was blocked and how I could release it, but I could not get a clear or helpful answer to my question, and the situation remains unresolved. I request that my deposited money be fully released and made available for use and withdrawal without being completely restricted by the bonus, or that a clear and fair solution be provided so that I can access my own funds.
