I am using Parimatch in India and today I made a deposit through PhonePe. The deposit was successful and the money was deducted from my PhonePe account, and I also have a screenshot of the payment and my registered mobile number. However, the related bonus on Parimatch is not playable and the balance is also not withdrawable. I have not yet contacted customer support or live chat, but I am writing this complaint to request that my bonus be activated and made fully playable as per the offer conditions, or otherwise that my account balance be corrected so I can use the funds normally. I kindly ask you to review my account and the payment made from my registered mobile number and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
