I Cannot Access ₹1000 After Parimatch Deposit Failure

I made a deposit of ₹1,000 into my Parimatch gaming account on April 12 via PhonePe, but although the amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The transaction reference number for this payment is 203811395014.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Parimatch customer support, and while they created a ticket, it has remained in a “waiting” status with no meaningful update or resolution. I also have no clear way to communicate further with support or escalate the issue, which is extremely frustrating.
As a result, my money is currently stuck, and I am unable to use my account as intended. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and raises concerns about the reliability of the platform.
I request that my ₹1,000 deposit made on April 12 via PhonePe (Reference No: 203811395014) be urgently investigated and either credited to my Parimatch account immediately or refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a clear confirmation once the issue has been resolved.
