Parimatch Balance Not Usable – Deposit Locked After Payment


I deposited ₹1,000 into my Parimatch account via the mobile app on March 31, 2026. After making this deposit, I am unable to use my funds for cricket betting because the app displays the message “part of your funds blocked in casino,” and my balance is not available for placing cricket bets as expected.
I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any response, and the problem is still ongoing.
This situation prevents me from using my own deposited money for its intended purpose. I respectfully request that my funds be fully unblocked and made completely available for cricket betting without any unnecessary restrictions.
