Parimatch Blocks ₹5,000 Deposit and Refuses Withdrawal
I am using the Parimatch Android application, and today I deposited ₹5,000 into my account. After making this deposit, I was unable to place any sports bets. The app shows that my funds have been blocked in the casino section, but I am not able to play casino games either, and I also cannot withdraw that amount. At the moment, my account shows an available balance of ₹21,800, but I still cannot place any sports bets or properly access and use my balance. I contacted Parimatch support both by email and through the in-app chat, but I did not receive a clear response regarding the specific issue with my blocked funds. I feel deceived by this situation because my deposited money has been blocked without any valid explanation, and I am not allowed to use it for sports betting or casino games, nor am I able to withdraw it. I am requesting that Parimatch immediately allow me to withdraw the ₹5,000 that I deposited with my own money. I am not asking for any bonus; I only want my deposited amount returned to me without further delay.
