My Parimatch Account Got Blocked After I Tried To Withdraw Money

I have a Parimatch sports betting account with player ID 309133062, which was blocked on 3 February 2026, right after my withdrawal request of ₹1400 was declined. The only explanation I was given was that the issue was related to verification, even though my account verification had already been successfully completed earlier. After the block, I contacted Parimatch support and submitted all the documents they requested. I have now sent these documents three times, the latest being today, but I am still not receiving any clear response or solution from them. My account remains blocked without a proper explanation, and I cannot access my funds. I request that my Parimatch account be unblocked as soon as possible and that my situation be reviewed promptly, taking into account that my verification was already completed and that I have repeatedly provided the requested documents.
