Parimatch Account Blocked in India With $761 Inside

I am a Parimatch user from India and my account has been suddenly blocked without any explanation, even though there is a balance of $761 in it (approximately ₹70,000). Yesterday, when I tried to make a withdrawal, I received a message saying, “Unfortunately your account is blocked, please contact customer support.”

I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support and they replied that I had accessed the international website parimatch.com and that they were unable to find my account, suggesting that I must have registered on a different or regional platform. However, I have always used Parimatch and I currently have funds of $761 visible in my account, so their response does not solve my problem and leaves me without access to my money.

I request that my account be properly located and unblocked, or that my full balance of $761 be paid out to me without further delay, along with a clear written explanation of why my account was blocked in the first place. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can access and withdraw my money.
