Parimatch Account Verfication Document Rejection Problem
I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch account on the website platform. During the verification process, I uploaded my Aadhaar card as requested. After submitting this document, my account was blocked, and since then, I have not been able to access my account properly. As a result of this unexpected account block, I currently have approximately ₹15,000 stuck in my Parimatch account, which I am unable to withdraw or use. I access Parimatch from India, and this situation is causing me serious concern because I provided a valid government ID and still faced a block instead of successful verification. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this problem, but I have not received any proper response or solution from them so far. My account remains blocked, and my funds are still inaccessible. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, my Aadhaar verification be completed correctly, and my account be unblocked so that I can withdraw or use my balance of ₹15,000 without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why my document was rejected and why my account was blocked after submitting my Aadhaar card.
