Parimatch really irritates me since my account was suddenly blocked without any warning. I had not been active for several weeks, but lately I decided to go in to check my balance and maybe take money out. I was locked out, shockingly, and received an error message that my account had been blocked. I called customer service right away and sent all asked verifying documentation, including past transactions and identity evidence. I have gotten no clear explanation or resolution despite several follow-ups. Parimatch seems to purposefully block accounts when withdrawals are sought for. This encounter have destroyed my faith in the platform. To prevent such problems, I strongly suggest anyone to give utilising this service second thought.
