Money Not Refunded By Parimatch

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account via Paytm on 4th January, using transaction/reference number 696809897076. The money was debited from my Paytm account, and the payment was shown as successful, but the amount was never credited to my Parimatch balance. I contacted Parimatch support about this issue and was informed that I would receive a refund within 3 days. However, this refund has still not been processed to my Paytm account. I request that the missing deposit for transaction/reference number 696809897076 be urgently refunded to my Paytm account without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing once the refund is completed.
