It has now been 62 days, and I am still without my money and without a clear answer. I have followed all the instructions given to me and opened a support request under ticket ID #53615547. Despite this, I have not received any meaningful update, and the last response I received from your team was about 24 days ago. Since then, there has been complete silence, and the issue remains unresolved. This amount is significant to me, and the lack of resolution for such a long period is causing serious financial and mental distress. I trusted Parimatch with my hard-earned money, and being left in this situation for two months makes me feel that this trust has been misplaced. I request that you immediately credit the ₹9,500 to my Parimatch account without any further delay so that this stressful situation can finally be resolved. I hope you will look at this matter from a human perspective and bring this issue to a fair conclusion as soon as possible.

Did you get your refund, or are you still waiting? I have the same issue here. It’s been 2 weeks, but there are no real updates, just like yours.
