Parimatch Deducted My Money but Balance Still Shows Zero

I am facing an issue with my Parimatch betting account related to a recent deposit that has not been reflected in my balance. Yesterday at around 11:03 p.m., I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my UPI account, but my Parimatch balance still shows $0.
I contacted Parimatch support regarding this issue, and they advised me to wait for 5 hours for the amount to be credited. However, more than 11 hours have now passed, and there has been no update or resolution from their side. Additionally, I do not have a direct phone number to contact them for immediate assistance.
I request that my ₹500 be refunded to my UPI or bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why the deposit was deducted from my account but not reflected in my Parimatch balance.



Have you received your money? If yes what steps did you take? Because same issue Happened with me I paid 500 and 300 rupees but before entering UTR number the page gets refreshed and now parimatch is saying that they did not receive money and refusing to refund.
