I made a deposit of ₹500 to my Parimatch account on March 29 at around 7:46 PM via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet.

After noticing that the money was not reflected in my wallet, I created a support ticket with Parimatch, but I have not received any response so far.
This situation is causing inconvenience because my funds are stuck even though the transaction shows as successful on my end.
I request that the ₹500 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, and that I be notified once the refund has been processed.
