Parimatch Fails to Honor Displayed 3.29 Betting Odds
On February 13 at approximately 1:21 PM, I placed a sports bet on Parimatch for the Australia vs. Zimbabwe match, selecting Zimbabwe to win at odds of 3.29. I staked ₹500, and based on the displayed odds, my expected return was ₹1,645. However, after the bet was settled, Parimatch only returned ₹500 to my account, effectively settling the bet at odds of 1.00 instead of 3.29.
This is unfair, as I placed my bet relying on the 3.29 odds shown at the time. I have attempted to contact Parimatch customer support regarding this incorrect settlement, but they have been unreachable, and I have not received any explanation or correction. I request that Parimatch pay out the correct winnings based on the 3.29 odds that were offered when I placed the bet and adjust my account balance accordingly.
